Through data logging capabilities and many trial tunes, we were able to come up with the best recipe for great power.   As we have tuned BRP products for years, we could easily compare other products and higher HP watercraft files to the 170 switch.   We then slowly pushed the limits of timing with different air\/fuel ratios to increase power beyond the 170hp mark.  The biggest gains we feel are in the mid range and how the Switch responds when getting on the throttle... to us, this is night\/day difference and acceleration shows it.  \u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eIn testing, we improved 3-5mph on top end, and greatly improved acceleration.   It's very interesting that the tune for the 170hp models seems to make a more drastic improvement than a tune on the 230hp supercharged models.  \u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003ePrice includes one AA custom tune (more tunes optional)\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eCredits may be needed for your device to flash another vehicle if your device is not already paired to the vehicle you are trying to tune.  If your device was purchased elsewhere, you'll need to get those from HP tuners directly, or if your device was originally purchased through AA, you can purchase credits \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/aftermarketassassins.com\/products\/ols\/products\/hp-tuners-universal-credits\" rel=\"\"\u003eHERE\u003c\/a\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eGreat peak horsepower gains with big mid range power gains\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eMuch quicker throttle response and power delivery giving a whole new feel to the vehicle\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eThrottle by wire limiters disabled\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eRev limit at a safe 8500 RPM (stock is 8050). \u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eAA's wicked timing curve is safe for the fuel used, but we do a much better job of finding timing limits for ramp up\/more torque.  Many others simply focus on wide open throttle timing\/fueling.  The switch timing curve is extremely mild from the factory, and this is where most gains are made.. along with optimizing air\/fuels to go along.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eEngine safety:  Our tunes utilize and properly reconfigure the knock adaption system in the stock ECU.  This system is very well designed to sense engine knock and retard ignition timing well before any motor issues would arise.   This means you have motor safety built in that is extremely well done, and works fantastic.  \u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eAA's modified fuel curve will still get decent mileage cruising but a little less than factory.  Our fueling is corrected over the factory lean AFR when needed and richer in key areas.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003e\n\u003cu\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eLevel 1: \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/u\u003e 87-89 octane tune estimated at 175-180hp\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003e\n\u003cu\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eLevel 2:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/u\u003e  91-93 octane tune estimated at 185-190hp\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eMore products in the works to increase RPM for even more power\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eWhy AA tunes over others?  We have been tuning powersports vehicles for a long time and know how to properly test through data logging and reviews\/changes.  Really it comes down to us having a Switch and wanting to get everything out of it ourselves.... we truly push for the max and are constantly trying to get more out of it.    \u003cstrong\u003eWe left nothing on the table on the Switch.
