We build the thing
that hauls your things.
EQ Outdoors is the newest chapter of a company that has been moving heavy equipment since 1913, from horse-drawn freight in Elkhart to patent-pending hydraulic trailers built in our own Michigan plant.

It started with horses
Days Transfer Inc. opened in 1913, hauling freight through Elkhart, Indiana by horse and wagon. A century of moving heavy things taught us exactly what breaks, what bends, and what lasts.

Hydraulics became the family trade
Under Jim Sproatt, Equalizer Systems turned that hauling know-how into hydraulic lifting and leveling systems. That company is EQ Systems today, still engineering and building at 19300 Grange Street, Cassopolis, Michigan.

Built for the send
EQ Outdoors is what happens when the people who build hydraulic lifts ride side-by-sides. The Flex Hauler’s patent-pending 25,000 lb lift came off the same floor as our RV systems, and the parts store keeps your machine on the trail between hauls.
2025 NATDA Trailer Show
TRAILmakER Award Winner
The trailer industry’s own trade show looked at everything new in 2025 and handed the award to the Flex Hauler. We are still a little smug about it.
What we hold to
Three things we do not compromise
Quality that performs
A500 steel, solar charged hydraulics, and a 3-year structural warranty, because we've been moving heavy things for a century.
Innovative solutions
The Flex Hauler exists because nobody else would build it. Patent pending, award winning, and half-ton towable.
Community and family
Giveaways, partners, and gear built by people who actually ride. If you're out on the trail, you're one of us.
This transformation has taken more than 100 years
