2022-25 Polaris Patriot Boost 850 AA S1 Clutch Kit

Kit fits 2022-25 Polaris Patriot Boost 850 models with the P-22 primary clutch Our S1 Recoil clutch kit for the Patriot Boost 850 is budget friendly and packs a huge punch!  We did extensive testing and tried many different setups to get everything out of the Boost 850.  This clutch kit helps pick up RPM quicker and load harder at peak RPM.  This motor likes to rev, but still needs good top end engine load for proper boost/power to achieve top speed. Our weights do just this due to our custom profile and having more tip mass. Our clutch kit works great with stock and even better with modified sleds. The Patriot Boost OEM clutching works decent at the stock power level, but when you add any power, they over rev. This motor/turbo LOVES to be loaded with clutch weight and run 8050-8200 RPM. The gains from clutching after you add our ECU tune to the vehicle are a game changer. Choose the Trail spring for a smoother engagement roughly 200-300rpm less, or the Race spring for a 200-300rpm higher engagement These Recoil clutch weights are easily adjustable with simple magnets.  They have a custom AA profile, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) which has increased wear resistance, improved fatigue strength, and added surface lubricity. These clutch weights also offer great performance, and the ability to tune for many different applications or modification in the future, without the need to buy extra parts.  The magnetic weights are the best option to properly place the mass where we need it on the weight for best performance for your application.
