Does it come with a warranty?

Trailers 

  • 2-year warranty. 

Replacement Parts 

  • Covered for original warranty remainder or 90 days, whichever is longer. 

Must provide proof of: 

  • Warranty repair date. 
  • Original vehicle purchase date. 

Hydraulic Systems 

  • 1-year or 2-year warranty. 
  • See the operation manual for details: EQ Systems Manuals. 
  • Replacement parts: 90-day warranty from purchase date.

Wrong Part 

  • Return uninstalled parts within 30 days for credit (subject to inspection). 
  • 20% restocking fee applies. 
  • Customer pays return shipping. 
  • Must obtain an RMA number from EQ Systems. 
  • Returns without a valid RMA will not receive credit. 

Wrong Hydraulic System 

  • Return uninstalled systems within 30 days for credit (subject to inspection).
